We support individuals and families living with neurological conditions by offering education sessions, group-based interventions and therapeutic activities in natural and nonclinical spaces. We also run sessions for organisations and the general public which help us to raise funds for our sessions and increase awareness of the needs of this community.

We feel passionate about sharing the powerful and beneficial impact of nature on our mental and physical wellbeing. We run our sessions in accessible “green spaces”, like local parks, woodlands, and community allotments so that people can experience these benefits firsthand, and may be inspired to connect with nature in their local area.
