Guided Forest Therapy sessions offer the opportunity to slow down, rest and recover through connecting with nature. These sessions are sometimes called "Forest Bathing", but there's no bath or swimming involved! Sessions are usually run in a small group format, and involve a slow and gentle exploration of nature using our senses.
We understand that neurological conditions impact everyone in the family in different ways. Group-based psychological support can reduce feelings of isolation, and provide a space to share ideas. Our groups are run in non-clinical locations by experienced clinical psychologists and neuropsychologists, using approaches from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Compassion Focused Therapy.
Sessions coming soon- please contact us to indicate your interest!
